Buscamos un perfil senior, con capacidad para liderar técnicamente la disciplina de automatización y control, participar en el diseño de arquitecturas industriales y coordinar la integración entre proceso, electricidad, instrumentación, telecomunicaciones y ciberseguridad OT.

About the role

En PS Grupo Hunting nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Especialista Senior de Automatización y Control de Procesos, con experiencia sólida en automatización, instrumentación y control industrial, idealmente desarrollada en PTAS, PTAR, plantas de reúso, desalación o procesos asociados al tratamiento de aguas.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Liderar técnicamente la disciplina de automatización, instrumentación y control industrial, participando inicialmente en la preparación técnica de la oferta y, en caso de adjudicación, dando continuidad a las etapas de ingeniería, integración, pruebas, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha del proyecto.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Revisar especificaciones técnicas, P&ID, memorias de proceso, listas de equipos e instrumentos, filosofías de operación y matrices causa-efecto.
  • Identificar brechas, riesgos técnicos, interfaces y requerimientos asociados a la disciplina de automatización y control.
  • Diseñar y revisar arquitecturas de PLC/PAC o DCS, SCADA, historian, redes industriales, servidores y sistemas de respaldo.
  • Definir criterios de redundancia, alta disponibilidad y autonomía local para sistemas críticos.
  • Desarrollar o dirigir filosofías de control, secuencias, interlocks, permisivos y estrategias de falla segura.
  • Coordinar la integración con CCM, variadores de frecuencia, instrumentación, analizadores, sistemas de dosificación, UPS, telemetría y sistemas de terceros.
  • Liderar pruebas de integración, FAT, SAT, loop checks, precomisionamiento, comisionamiento y pruebas de desempeño.
  • Gestionar documentación técnica, respaldos, licencias, manuales, documentación as-built y transferencia a operación y mantenimiento.
  • Ubicación: Antofagasta / zona norte.
  • Modalidad: Mixta, con viajes y permanencias programadas.
  • Etapa inicial: Apoyo en preparación de oferta.
  • Continuidad: Sujeta a adjudicación del proyecto, con participación en ingeniería, integración, pruebas y puesta en marcha.

What we are looking for

  • Título profesional de Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería de Ejecución en Automatización y Control, Electricidad, Electrónica, Instrumentación o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia profesional en automatización, instrumentación y control industrial.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia demostrable en plantas de agua, aguas servidas, reúso, desalación o procesos equivalentes.
  • Participación comprobable en proyectos de PTAS, PTAR o plantas de reúso.
  • Experiencia en sistemas PLC/PAC, DCS y SCADA.
  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas de control, instrumentación, redes industriales y sistemas de alta disponibilidad.
  • Experiencia verificable en FAT, SAT, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y permanecer temporalmente en Antofagasta y zona norte del país.
  • Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en proyectos de gran escala, redes de impulsión extensas o instalaciones asociadas a operaciones mineras.
  • Manejo de protocolos industriales como PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU y OPC UA.
  • Experiencia en soluciones de alta disponibilidad y redes resilientes.
  • Conocimientos de ciberseguridad OT y principios IEC 62443.
  • Dominio de plataformas industriales como Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric o ABB, junto con capacidad de integración multivendor.
  • Diplomados o certificaciones en control de procesos, tratamiento de aguas, redes industriales o ciberseguridad OT.
